STAND LAY-OUT AND PROJECT

All Exhibitors - except for those customers who have opted for a Veronafiere shell scheme stand - should send a detailed project/lay-out of the stand at least 60 days prior to the opening of the event as stated in the Marmomacc General Regulations and Technical Regulations.
The maximum height allowance is 3 metres. Exhibitors whose booth is higher than 3 metres should submit to Veronafiere a detailed technical drawing and plan of the exhibit space and must receive approval from Show Management for any part of stand construction that is higher than 3 metres.
Moreover, if your exhibit space is bordering/adjoining other booths and the height of your stand exceeds 3 meters (this usually applies to exhibit spaces with 1, 2 or 3 open sides), you must also ask the adjoining Exhibitor/s for a written authorization for your stand's height. A copy of this agreement should then be forwarded by email to our offices marmomacc@veronafiere.it).
If you do not receive this approval, the part of your booth adjoining other areas will have to be lowered to 3 meters, while the part which is more than 3 meters in height must be kept at least 2 meters distant from neighbouring Stands.
When your stand exceeds 3 meters, partition walls must be suitably clad and decorated on the reverse side to the requirements of the adjoining Exhibitor/s, and carry no titles, devices, advertising matter nor Exhibits where the elevation overlooks the lower and adjoining stand.
If you have not received written approval for the construction of your stand, please be aware that you may be not allowed to build certain parts of your booth, due to height restrictions. In such cases, you may be forced to adapt your plans on site, so please send us your stand drawing/lay-out for approval to avoid any inconvenience on site (please inform your stand contractor and see the Technical Regulations for further details).
In exhibit spaces with 4 open sides, continuous wall sections should not exceed 50% of the length of nonadjacent stand sides or frontages.
